Since when did responding become so hard to do?

Could you please rectify this issue as soon as possible. We have been having issues with an employee of Ellies, Brendan Pontes. We were told by our new body corporate that he was the only person who could come and install new DSTV connections, as he was the maintenance employee used for Bougain Villas in Century City. The new building we are in doesn't support pvr of Explora and we have been calling him since last week but to no avail. When my partner did get through he told him that he was busy and needed to check his calendar. We waited the whole week to receive a response and after calling him multiple times he has chosen to ignore both of us. On the only occassion that I did manage to get through he told me he was busy and would call back. Then he hung up... I am still waiting for a response. This type of behaviour is unacceptable. Sort out your employee Ellies. We have paid R700 and haven't had use of our DSTV for nearly two weeks because your employee refuses to get back to us let alone even help. It shouldn't take this long to respond to a call out let a lone a phone call requesting that very call out!! I expect this to be rectified before Thursday at the latest. DISGUSTED!!
