Disappointed

I am such a loyal customer of Samsung I really do love the brand. A few weeks ago I received an email from someone who was using the Samsung name to commit. Because of my love for the brand I contacted Samsung informing them about this but there has been very little interest from them. Its sad I thought they would have been more protective of their brand
