Is this a fly by night company?

I recently applied for a cellphone contract, they called me back to confirm the application and promised the handset will be delivered in 5-7 working days, its over 14 days now and the number they gave me seems not to be working, on goodle there is no number, telkom 1023 also does not have any number for cellspot... if it happens that my account be debited before I get a handset, all will break loose
