Smoking Burnt Toast

After I bought my Twisp I enjoyed it, it cut down the amount of cigarettes I smoked a day, it was very enjoyable and tasted great, as well as having no cigarette smell on you.

That was not for long, now the device leaks more liquid than I actually smoke, the battery life has decreased
the coils burn out in just a few days of 'regular smoking'. These coils should last for at least a few weeks.
Every time I smoke the device I've now got sticky refill liquid on my hands and clothing and it leaks when you smoke on it as well. For the device to be replaced with an actual working one that doesn't burn out so regularly and doesn't leak liquid everywhere would be great.
