Samsung S4 battery heat up and swollen

I saw that there are a lot of people with the same problem and that Samsung acknowledged the problem with the S4 battery.
I phoned Samsung's call center today and the people were very helpful, directed me to a service center in Garsfontein Pretoria.

My problem is that they, and no other outlet in Pretoria have S4 batteries in stock, ether way I am.

Samsung please make sure your outlet in 770 Jacqueline Rd Garsfontein have stock, or you can call them on 012-9980063/4 (if you are very lucky they will answer their phones)
