TV Set Can't Be Fixed!!!

Very disappointed the brand. I bought a TV set in less than 6 months back and yet it is not in a good conditions. I took it to Hisense in Midrand with the hope that it will be fixed but to my surprise it cant be fixed: that's their service centre. After that I was promised a new TV by the service center at no cost to me guess what? When I get to the shop I'm only offered an upgrade and I had to pay more. Remind me when I walk in to the shop not to look into anything that has Hisense on it. Was starting to like it, Not anymore.
