I got an email with a pricelist from the company for Apple devices. My wife contacted them via email and enquired about a Mac Mini. James gave a qoute which indicate the item price and a delivery charge of R200. He said that he is located in Durban and that he has stock available. No mention of any other charges or obligations. We did the EFT and the package was shipped. We got a tracking number, which we tracked. The package was shipped from England and is now at Jhb International, where they expect us to pay R3300 in import fees before the package can be delivered. I checked again and in no communication or on their website is there any mention of imports or import fees. My wife tried to email James to enquire about this, but he is not responding to her emails.
