Booked my phone in at the Samsung Smartcare on the 28/09, I didn't have my warranty docs & was told to email it the Mon morning for verification. Which I sent to Ronel Cupido, and requested receipt of my email. On the 1/10, still no response from Ronel, I then resent the email & asked if everything was in order. On the 7/10 I called & spoke to Keagan, she then advised that they were very busy thats why Ronel didnt respond. Not my problem. 7days no response is ridiculous. She then advised that she would call me back. On the 9/10 I had to call again, spoke to Keagan who still didnt have answers for me & once again said she would call me back! On the 15/10 I again had to call them, spoke to Keagan AGAIN who didnt have answers for me. She then PROMISED to call me back within 5min. We all know how that goes, she didnt!! On the 16/10 I called again & spoke to Keagan who gives me attitude telling me the tech was meant to call me. What happened to her "I promise to call you back in 5min"? She then confirms my phone is repaired & can be collected, no apology! I go to collect my phone & my screen cover is scratched Ronel has the nerve to tell me its not the phone its the cover! Outrageous!!!
