SHOCKING SERVICE - DO NOT USE

I have had the most HORRIFIC experience with these guys!!! I bought a voucher in-store at MAKRO, they guaranteed that they could install on Thursday - when I called to get an installation date, they said they could not install this on Thursday - finally after me kicking up a HUGE fuss, they made a plan. They then arrived at my house this morning to install - I asked how long it would take, and they told me around 1 hour and 15 minutes. NOT ONCE did anyone tell me that it was going to take longer. They then call me to tell me that this is now going to cost me an additional R400!!! This is on top of the R1550 that I have already spent on the voucher - I requested that a manager call me as this is absolutely ludicrous, but I STILL have not heard from a manager!!! They then tell me that I can deposit the additional money across, which I do - and then I call my domestic to see that all is alright and she says to me that they have removed all the stuff... go figure...
IS THIS WHAT YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE??? Best you go find customer service elsewhere - There are cheaper installers out there who are a pleasure to deal with and who don't rip people off!!!
