Not aswering phones, NOT answering phones

After a long wait for my iPhone 5, I received my phone and with much excitement went to istore Clearwater just to be informed they cant help me with transferring my contacts from my old phone to my new iPhone, with out a appointment.
I tried to book online as required, but the website don't allow me to, then I phoned the store, with no surprise a automatic voice recorder runs throu all option and at the end cuts you off.
This is really fustratrating.
So think twice before you buy this phone and expect any support from this store
