Problem with Touch Keys

To whom this may concern.

I own a Samsung Galaxy Note II which I had purchased from an MTN store in Johannesburg. I have noticed that there are square marks around the touch keys along side the home button. I know that this should not be the case as this is the second Note II that I have owned. The phone still works perfectly but I just feel that asthetically, it doesn't look very pleasing, and is a bit annoying. It has been this way since I removed if from the sealed box. What is the protocol to going about sorting this matter out. I have taken images of the handset to show you guys what it looks like. Perhaps I could email them to someone in charge to have a look.
