Samsung galaxy sensations party

I recently purchased a brand new samsung galaxy s4 mini from a vodacom outlet, and was told about the competition they are running with the sensations innerspace event, in my sealed box came details of this competition and instructions on how to enter. i entered and received a reply informing me that i had won double tickets to the sensations party, but after filling in my details for delivery i noticed a note saying that the tickets may take up to 6 months to be delivered, this concerned me because the event was in 2weeks. I called the samsung call centre and was asked to email my confirmation sms to the supervisor in charge Thabo, and i did. After 2 days i get no reply and so i email again, only to receive an email back from him saying that the competition was a???

I emailed him back frustrated, asking how can samsung allow a competition to run with false advertising, since my box and the contents had details of this competition.

I have had no response on this to date and it is now a week later. i do not know if this competition is a or not, and if it isnt, how can the samsung staff mislead me into believing it is a, and not getting back to me???
