Hi, I bought a Samsung washing machine from Game in The Glen on the 6th of August 2013 and is still waiting for stock. Every time I phone the date of delivery to the distribution centre changes with 2-3 days. If this is the kind of service we get from Samsung in SA, I would really consider changing my brand!
