Poor Service & Bad Attitude

I got Vasco Electrical in to repair my washing machine in October. Donal was the techician that told me the door switch was broken and i needed a new one. He then tried to by pass the door to get my washing out and in turn blew up my mother board. I then paid him R250.00 for the new door switch as a deposit and he went away with the money and the parts. He told me within 2 days i would get the new part installed. After a week i called and was told that his car is broken and he not working so they send another guy out who told me that the door switch was fine and it was the mother board that was broken. He then took that part away and never returned. When i called the office i was told that neither Donald or the other guy was around and they would call me back. I told them that i dont want them to fix machine and i want my money and parts back. They said that they would bring back asap in December. Its now been 3 months since Donald came out and i still dont have my parts or washing machine. I have called everyday this week for my stuff and get told Donald will call me which he doesnt. Vasco Electrical are useless and i have now decided to take them to court!!! NEVER USE THEM!!!
