Repair to a magnetic lock amounted to R5200. Stone and Stewart unwilling to provide details of how cost was derived.

All that could be derived is that a call out is R600 regardless of any work performed and that travel is billed at R7.20 / km.

But work can not be assessed prior tyo the work starting and if the bill is challenged on completion of work the customer is not allowed to see a cost breakdown.

I wish that in myy profession I could charge whatever I wanted without being willing to explain how an exhubarant fee was derived!
