We often complain and often overlook good service, My S4 cracked within a week of getting it I took to 14th avenue and left the place with a smile. I would like to say big up to Samsung care center in Weltevreden Park, the staff is friendly and though all were good to me one person that stood up for me was a lady by the name of Devine Makwakwa, made me feel at home and served me coffee for free, asked me where I would like to sit and she showed me 3 comfortable chairs to choose, I really felt like a king. She also ensure that a consultant assist me in timely manner as I stopped by during working hours. Please pass this to them I say THANK YOU.
