Apple known for quality workmanship, and now Staff

To whom it may concern,

I would like to write to congratulate you on the work of Maghsoedah Fakir (iStore, Canal Walk) in assisting me with my application for a contract iPhone5 and iPad on MTN. She has been most informative in her dealings with me, especially as I was engaged in moving from one cellular network to another during this last week. She has always paid attention to my situation, recalling the details of my application almost immediately without having to reference it, and giving me very good advice in terms of what package would best suit me, and how to go about applying. She has also gone above and beyond to query some of my concerns with the relevant cell companies in terms of the approval process, time frame in question, requirements, etc. A smiling face, always ready with a laugh, she is a delight to have as an attendant in-store.

Apple are renowned for their high-quality workmanship and products, but in my estimation, now also for their staff. Well done to the iStore in Canal Walk for their hiring of such an efficient staff member and Apple ambassador.
