Salton Panel heater explode next to babies' bed

I have photos and proof of purchase of unit exploding next to my baby girls' bed.

I bought the heater and installed on Sunday 09 June 2013. Same day an explosion happened next to my baby girls' bed.

I've already exchanged the heater for an Econoheat and the manager and Builders Express (Willowbridge) was happy to do the swop and will take this up with Salton.

I WILL GO TO THE MEDIA AND EVERY PLACE POSSIBLE IF NOT PROPERLY COMPENSATED FOR THIS BY YOURSELVES. Who knows what could have happened if the place caught fire during night time???
