Product has not worked properly since instalation

Unsatisfied with the Samsung officeserv 7100 Phone system.
On Completion of building a we had a Samsung officserv 7100 system installed in the Guest House as well as in the office about 400m from the Guesthouse. After installation the system has not worked as advertised and the supplier has not been able to fix the system. We had them return over and over. but still not working as it should but payment is expected for things that dont work. Worst ever. Complaints center has not helped. Loged Complaint since start of may 2013 . I always have to follow up. Dont get back. No Solution.
