INCORRECT GPS GUIDANCE

I was tasked to deliver 2014 textbook samples to schools in the Southern Cape (Plettenberg Bay to beyond Riversdal). I used my Garmin Nuvi 40 to assist. Most schools data were incorrect! I was led to graveyards. Wrong suburbs. Allsorts. The speed limits in the Kaaimans Pass were incorrect as were many of the limits between Cape Town and George.
I have tried to report this matter to Garmin SA, with very little interest from their side. I only get some sort of weak response when I contact them and no, satisfactory, response.
Thought Garmin was the cutting edge GPS with good maps. I no longer think this. I cannot recommend either the product (no or unwilling support) nor the maps (Navteq) which is, clearly wrong more than half the time.
