Unisa
No response in almost 2 months

I applied for a refund from Unisa early in March and I have not received any response/feedback to date. I have not received my money either. After numerous attempts of calling and emailing, its as if the finance department does not exist at all. I would really appreciate if some action was taken over this matter by someone in a senior position because i dont even know who to contact anymore.
