My UNISA account reflects a refund, but the same module has marked my account in arrears.
I have no idea why the refund was issued and cannot get hold of anyone at the UNISA office to rectify. I have tried calling the finance department and general enquiries department but NOBODY answers. I dont even bother with the sms or email facilities anymore, because that also yields no response.
Please call me to rectify as a matter of urgency.
