Registraqtion cancelled INCORRECTLY!!!

I don't know what is going on at Unisa - but I am totally disappointed by the quality of service, their lack of reply as well as resolve. My registration has been cancelled due to fees not being paid. This is totally incorrect! I am due to write exams in May / June and see a huge challenge ahead in resolving this - as Unisa's attitude is one of complete ignorance. Contact is impossible with the administrative areas, emails are not responded to. I sent an sms which was just redirected to a finance email address which isn't even valid??? There is no resolve. People don't seem to have the knowledge and skill to resolve issues. What is going on? Unisa's credibility is surely going down the drain.
Can someone resolve this issue - so that I don't encounter problem when writing my exams???
