Courses Cancelled?

I have logged into myUnisa today to find that two courses have been cancelled! When I look at the Edit Registration sceen the message says: "Cancellation - Financial" So I would assume that it was due to the R1, 340 outstanding. However, I have been trying to pay this via Credit Card payment for a few weeks now to no avail.

I have emailed (about being to make payment) Unisa about this and have tried calling various telephone numbers to only have engaged signals and continuous ringing (no answer)!

In addition, I even applied for exemptions for courses in December 2012 and then again in January 2013 and to date I have heard nothing!

There was absolutely NO communication regarding the intent to cancellation of the courses!

I have already invested money and time in the courses that have been cancelled. I expect to write the exams or receive exemptions for these courses. I also happy to pay the amounts due!

UNISA it is time to start acting professionally and treating your customers fairly and with respect.

Oh, and answer your phones, reply to emails and communicate with me!
