Disgusting and breach of contract

On 14 March 2013 one of Mustang's consultants, Jacques, visited us at 20h00. Needles to say, what was explained by Jacques and what happened behind our backs are two different things. The Nedbank slip was empty; just to find out that an amount of R19, 950.00 was deducted from our credit card account. And this after we asked him where is the catch, what amounts are involved. He said there is no catch, Mustang gives us R1000! It was explained that an amount of R558 (which consist of R225 and R333) will ONLY be deducted AFTER this six months probation period. We however noticed that they started deducting an amount of R225 as well. Jacques never mentioned any purchase amount of R19, 950.00 and now the R225 also started deducting? We have been in contact with Mr. Lucius van der Merwe and Wimpie since 18 March 2013 to cancel everything and informed them that they must come and collect their product because what happened is clearly BREACH OF CONTRACT. So many phone calls and e-mails later, still no finalization on our situation. Watch out for them! They promised us a final answer on Tuesday, 9 April 2013 latest. Let's see if they can keep their promise! So disappointed at the moment...
