Deducting to much from account

Two payments of R9700 each was suppose to be deducted from my credit account. Instead, three payments went off. I had to find out next month on my statements from the bank. I contacted MUSTANG MARKETING and explained to them that they took to much money. They will investigate, it took one month to investigate and send me a form to complete to have my money paid back into my account within 20 working days. This happened in 26 Oct 12, it is now March and still have not heard a word of it and when I call them all I have to hear is that they are busy with my account. Is it because I am SMALL FISH, but still my package paid somebody salary. This is not fare.
