Intec College
ACCOUNT STILL NOT SORTED AFTER 3RD COMPLAINT 2012

I have laid 3 compaints allready and after my 1st complaint a Shakier phoned me 2012/06/11 to assure me that my account will be sorted as it was handed over to NCRA. Nothing has been sorted and I am still strugling to get my exam results, I don't know if I have passed or if I need to rewrite. I phoned the accounts department again today where I have dealt with a person called Clide, when I insisted on getting an e-mail so that I have proof that I phoned and also to have proof that he said that he will submit this matter to the administration department I was told that he can't do that and there's other client's waiting to be assited. I have paid my studies before I even started studying and I have the righ to be assisted with my queries just as all the other students not to even mention how many times I have waited to be assisted. I want to finish my diploma and also take this matter further and make sure that Intec will refund me half of my studies to cover all my phone bills, effort and inconvenience due to no srevice rendered that was paid for. I have not received any feedback with regards to my account status since the first complaint I laid, and this is unexceptable.
