Advantage Act
Not responding to query regarding certificates

Good day, I did some health and safety courses at Advantage ACT in Pretoria in 2011. I have done the Incident Investigation, Workplace inspection, Mine Safety Act and First Aid level 1 and 2. Till today I'm struggling to get certificates from them, I have phoned previously and has been told I was certified competent on all courses. I was recently appointed as SHEQ Manager from Sarens SA and I need my certificates to go on sites and do inspections but can't because I get no service from Advantage ACT. I have send emails, to Helen at the place and she only asked what courses and what dates and till today still have not responded to all my other emails. I have paid for education and a service from them and they are pathetic, will take this further and advice all people not to use their services, because it actually means nothing.
