Will I ever get my certificate?

In the beginning of April I did a course at NOSA Boksburg. We were advised that it will take maximum 20 working days to get our certificates.

20 working days later I phoned NOSA Boksburg and they didn't have my certificate and advised me to phone Leonie at NOSA Centurion. Leonie advised me that she will be sending my certificate to Boksburg on the same day and that it will be delivered last week Monday as it takes about 2 days to get there. I phoned them on Monday and they yet again didn't have it.

Today I phoned them again and they still haven't received my certificate from Centurion. How long do I have to wait for my certificate???

In 2011 I did a NEBOSH course through them as well and I also struggled to get my certificates.

This is really pathetic service. Maybe you should practise what you preach during your courses when it comes to customer service.
