Contract promisses not met

We have bought the Share MC2 Tracking software, for the amount of R 19500.00, deducted in full out of our account, and have adhered to every requirements needed to be met to make this work. I was told that there will be a Standard bank account opened in our name, with a starting amount of R 1000.00, to start the on line Stock Exchange. When I phoned the call centre, and asked for a technical adviser to assist me, there were no one send, nor did I receive any call backs. The bank account was opened, but there were no amount deposited to start with. I think that this is a, and would like it if someone will contact me, to sort this out. And if there is any possibility to be refunded for this software that we had bought.
