REFUND NOT PAID AFTER 2 YEARS!!!

I have registered with them and had made payment only to request a cancellation a week after I had paid them. I was told that I needed to send my bank statement so they can reimburse me for the funds. I did and they said it would take 90 days to be refunded. I have phoned numerous times to follow up on the refund and have been sent from pillar to post by everyone with only empty promises to get back to me with regard to the refund. This has been going on since the 4th of October 2011!!! It surpasses the period in which the contract stated to be 90 Days! The last person I had spoken to a mister Melvin Moodley assured me that they will get back to me. This was last year. It is unacceptable to be given such poor service! From such incompetent people who cant even follow up on a request and get back to me! Every time I want answers they say that they cannot speak to the refunds department as if they are sum sort of a high and mighty secret society that no one can pick up a phone to call them! I just want my refund and never have to do any business with them in the future! Because I might just pop a vein in my head as my blood is boiling everytime I hear the word REFUND or INTEC!!!
