Poor Administration and I do not care attitute

2nd semester 2012 I enrolled with Charter Quest financial training inst, paid on time got study material 3weeks after the start of lectures & there was still missing material which I got on the 4th week. Lost 4weeks out of a 16week study period.
When I paid in 2012, I mistakenly paid for an extra subject which I wasn't aware that CIMA exempted it. They refused to pay me back my money saying their policy doesn't allow that, they can only give me a credit which I can use next time I want to purchase anything from them. Why not give my money back and penalise me rather than keeping it.
Believe it or not the same thing happened this year. Got my material 3weeks later, had to fight for my discount for paying on time. Instead of them sorting my query, their emails were going from pillar to post blaming each other. *lack of communication*
The discount was in a form of a credit note AGAIN, they said I can use that to pay for my exam entry fee. Imagine if I had paid the fees already from pocket, that's would have been a start of an old fight. NB: all the above I'm the 1 picking up the phone / email. They do not do followups! Tks Charter Quest, you will never see me or my friends again!!
