Highly disgusted

Before l enrolled with damelin l used to think there are organized and professional as they appear and advertise.l intially went to enquire about supply chain and logistics studies at there office in Cape Town. The lady Karen was very helpfull, since l could not afford my fees on own she advised me to get a guarantor, l got one and signed up immediately.
The first lot of study materials came inn on time and l was impressed. As per our arrangments they were supposed to do a debt order from my account every 27 day of the month, the first month no debt order was confirmed and went on to phone they and my bank confirmed the account which l used was does not do debt order, l immediately changed and confirmed this to Karen who promised would forward the inf to the dept. Month after no debt orders went thru and no materials were delivered, phoned call centre and promisedwould rectify immediately, l phoned more that 8 times every month till now it has been nearly 6months and nothing when l phoned they keep saying it has been sorted .l am tired of wasting my time and l would like to take my money where l would get my studies.
