Unisa ignoring student queries

Since last year i have been writting to unisa and asking them for a refund in my student account. i followed all procedure and even sent my refund form countless times. this year i got an email telling me that they posted my cheque on the 24th of january but up till now i havent received my cheque and i stated in my countless emails that i sent to them that i needed the money urgently but they seem to not care. as of now im fed up with unisa. everytime i send emails regarding the matter all the do is just forward it to people but nothing helps. i even sent a fax requesting my statement of credits and unsurprisingly i havent received that either. next time im gonna think twice before registering with unisa.
