NO RESPONSE IN 3 MONTHS!

I finished my Bcom Economics degree in November 2012, after receiving and having passed all my modules I am now in the process of applying for jobs. MyUnisa still reflects my qualification as "Incomplete" and have emailed, phoned and sent queries to their text service with no response in over 3 months from anyone. I cannot apply for jobs or send out my C.V as UNISA have failed to issue my degree or statement of results.
I contacted them on the 14/12/2012; 09/01/2013; 01/02/2013 via email as well as numerous texts and phone calls. My account still reflects as degree incomplete and I have no other options. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE AT UNISA FIX THE PROBLEM OR AT LEAST GET HOLD OF ME!!
