Online registration not complete after 51 days!

On 6 January 2013 I registered online for my final Unisa Subject FAC1601. It is now 26 February 2013, 51 days later and the status of my registration is still "in Progress".

I went to my local Unisa office to try and rectify the problem but their computers were offline, so they were unable to help me.

I cannot pay and start studying until this registration is complete and it is already almost March.

Please rectify the situation immediately!
