SBL TEXTBOOK LATE AND STUDENTS NOT REGISTERED!!

I've paid over R35, 000 upfront with bank loan to do a postgrad course at Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership, where they have no idea of the Value Chain they teach... It is complusory for us to go to Midrand JHB for a week's lessons, yet when we got there, none of us were registered, which meant no online access to course material.

Our first assignment is due in two days (which has to be sent via My Unisa which is not available since we "are not registered" - 3 weeks into the course!!), and we can't send it.

The replies from Programme Administrator Johnathan Mouton is nonchalant and basically telling us to shut up and wait - highly unprofessional for a Business School with students who are adult working professionals. I even copied in Directors, with no reply...

It's amazing how quick they were to phone me on the Saturday before I left for JHB to ask me to send proof of payment, yet 3 weeks in they still haven't fixed a major problem. Our Finance textbook is also 3 weeks delayed...

What is going on Unisa??? If this is how your Business School operates, I'm very glad I did my undergrad at UCT!! When you choose the cheaper option, Unisa, you get what you pay for...
