Cancellation of Studies

Good Day. On 22 Jan 2013, I called Unisa and spoke to Rebecca and asked her to cancel my registration for the semester. She asked me to email her and I did. She said she would get back to me and till now she has not. Thereafter on 05Feb 2013 I called again and spoke to Thulile who asked me to forward the email to her, which I did. She said she would cancel my registration and get back to. Till now she has not. Rebecca also said that the finance department would call me and organise the refund. Which till now they have not. Thulile said that I should call finance and ask for my refund. She gave me this number 0124294299, I have been trying to call this number since 05 Feb and no one answers. I am really fed up with this! I want my refund now! I will NEVER register with Unisa ever again and they are the most unhelpful people I know. I have registered to study through Regent business school and it is the best decision I have made!!
