No delivery

Ordered stuff, paid them. Waiting and waiting phoned said they did send it with couriers, didn't send it on Monday. Phoned yesterday 14/2/13 they have still not sent it. They went to post office and send it as an ordinary parcel now again I have to wait for 5days. so in total I waited more than I week. If I were them I would have sent the parcel with speed service to atleast satisfied my client. Really I think customer service is very important for future customer.
