My Registration took long to be processed

I registered for my studies in Dec and paid my fees on the 23rd of Jan 2013. i know Unisa deals with a huge num of students but it shouldn't take them weeks to register me.i sent numerous emails checking why the delay of registration, sent sms's too as well as called the call center which no longer exists to check how far my registration is and got no response. i only received response from them on the 7th of Feb and when and i went on their site, 2 assignments were already overdue. On the 8th Feb i received notification of my next assignment being due on the 15 of Feb and had no study material. my material got me Sunday late after a huge messy fight with the delivery guy from SKYNET with a very disgusting attitude. my main concern is, I've missed out on two assignments which have a huge impact on my Qualification due delayed response from Unisa and am very concerned if they ever will be marked if were to submit them... totally disappointed.
