Efusal to process registration

Good day i registered online at the unisa website so mistakenly i chose 2nd sem instead of 1st sem. after realising the mistake i quickly restarted the registration again and correct it however its been weeks now and unisa still hasn't processed it. when i went to the daveton branch they told me the system captured the first attempt only and there's nothing they can do. when i ask for my money they also tell me that they wont refund me, which is really unfair as i cant pay for nothing. i need to start studying this sem so that i can proceed with other modules so what they telling is gonna put me behind. im really disappointed at their service and even thinking of seeking legal advice as this does not make sense to me. human error exists all the time how can they create a system which doesn't allow amendments to it.
