Where is my money???

On 27 Nov 2012 I enrolled for the Naturology HHI course with Healing Hands International.
I paid R4500 deposit and after a long delay, I received my course material. In the meanwhile I did some research and found out that the course/institution was not accredited by the necessary associations that I would have like them to be accredited by, since in the end I did not just want to do an enrichment course. I asked them if I could terminate the course and get my deposit back. They said yes and only paid in PART of the refund two months later on 23 January after weeks and weeks of messages and calls. At one time Elle even and said she paid it in, and when Rudi checked it was not paid it at all. They did not pay back the full amount and I am STILL waiting for R200. I cannot believe I have to have such a struggle just to get my own money back! They were very helpful and diligently contacted me via email and phone before I registered, but since having asked for the refund, I have constantly struggled to get a response from them.
I was planning on registering with them at a later stage when they get accreditation, but now, there is NO WAY!
Think carefully before registering with them!
