Damlin trying to claim money for 2011

My wife has spoken to numerous people at Damlin regarding payment madenot made. We signed a debit order in 2011 for a correspondence coarse that my wife did. Apparently according to Damlin the first 2 debit orders did not come off. We did not at any stage stop the debit order so Natasha phoned tonight and threatened that she is going to re-instate the debit order for the 2 payments. This was not our fault about them not getting their money and the want us to pay almost 3 years later. My wife asked to speak to the supervisor and Natasha said there is no supervisor on duty. We are sick of being threatened by companies that think they own South Africa.
