Extremely bad service and communication skills

I've paid for a two hour tutor session for my daughther, that due to bad service and communication skills, never happened. Now Sebastian from Tutorwall does not want to refund my money, and is constantly looking for excuses to cover his terrible service and childish manner in which he deals with his clients.
He ignores any form of communication.
