Registration - A MESS!!

I have been studying through UNISA for many years and have never had this problem. I registered for a post graduate diploma in order to complete my CTA. I registered on the 15th of January 2013 and yet am still not registered/ none of my modules appear on myUnisa. I have called at least 10 times a day for the past week and a half - of which most of the lines are engaged! I have e-mailed and been promised numerous times that i will be registered later the same day or early the next! i am fed up and VERYANGRY. I have my first test on the 9th of March 2013 and cannot study for it as i do not have the tutorial letters and even if i get them from a friend, i can't write the test as i do not have a student card! This morning i was told to be patient! I don't have the time for patience anymore! How long should i wait? The lack of resources is shocking!
