I have been waiting patiently for my son's registration to be approved, I have called approx 12 times since Friday held on, cause the switchboard is clearly blocked up due to complaints, in total between the 12 calls for 132 minutes. Yes I've done the calculation as this is standard practice. I have sent numerous emails and guess what NO REPLY AS USUAL. I then logged a complaint on HELLO PETER, I was then contacted by a consultant that also served no purpose or wanting to help solve this crises, I received another call this time regarding a R150 after i paid cash R11000, due to paper work my son is meanwhile sitting at home. Do not send your children to IMPAK - PLEASE READ ALL THE COMMENTS ABOUT SHOCKING SERVICE ON THIS SITE!!! I rally any parent who has mayor problems with Impak, please feel free contact me as i feel an official complaint needs to be lodged against this unprofessional organization.
