Poorest service in the country

I registered my child with Impak Home Education, the worst mistake I have ever made concerning education and my child. This is a organisation that totally ignores its clients whether you phone them or e-mail them. Over the past two days I spent a total of three hours fifteen minutes on the telephone listening to a recorded message as they do not answer there phones and with no option of leaving a message and that's besides the e-mails I sent on the 16-01-2014 and the 28-01-2014 to the following people "'Finansies Impak'; 'Micha Windell'; 'Univa Lukas'; 'Lucinda Monteiro'; 'Carl Engelbrecht'; 'Marisha Bester'; [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and to date not a single on has bothered to reply. I wish there were more characters available to give a in depth explanation of just how absolutely pathetic and shocking Impak is. The best thing I can say is if you value your child's education and any form of support and service is important to you then please eliminate any thoughts of IMPAK HOME AND SUPPORT CENTRE EDUCATION from your mind.
