Disgusting Service

I am incredibly disgusted in Damelins service

I enrolled in November 2011 received my firs lot of books the following February. Have battled with correspondence and advice ever since. I have since had to wait untill 6 months ago to receive the bulk of my study guides, had an assignment lost and been told that there is nothing i or anyone at damelin can do about it and now been told that the original finishing date of June 2014 is incorrect and that my course infact finished in January 2014 which is absolutely impossible as like i said assignments have been lost and the bulk of my books arrived in 2013. I am furious at the attitude i receive every hour long phone call (mostly on hold) i have to endure and once again today on hold, 5 different conversations later and no one can help me with one of my queries, It was the worst decision ever to study through this institute. I am very disappointed and the genreal attitude from damelin is that even though most of my issues and problems are Damelins fault nobody cares and if i don't end up finishing my course in time its just more money in Damelins back pocket.
