Universal Trading Solutions
Cant get my money back

Andries Smit is a sales rep for universal trading solutions and told me i can send back the product after 6 month if i am not satisfied with the product -and that is not the truth. I send the product back during 5 day cooling off period. I did not use the product and still they refuse to take the product back. Now i am struggling to get my money back. They deducted money from my account illegally (R5900.50)..
