Absolutely NO RESPONSE received!!

I submitted a request to the aegrotats department on the 7th of Nov and e-mailed the necessary supporting documents. After getting NO RESPONSE I emailed them again on 9 Dec, 18 Dec and 15 Jan... still NO RESPONSE!! Registrations close on Friday and I still do not know if my request has been approved and obviously it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a live human being because they insist that the whole digital communication process works perfectly. It is ridiculous and really annoying. Can someone PLEASE take the time to do their job and provide me with feedback???
